Situation made possible watching a television programme from Kalsan TV whereby a girl representing the TV has conducted an interview with one of the traditional leaders of Somaliland minorities. every word or sentences said by thesultan was hurtful to every true of this country reason being the sultan, the sultanexpresseddiscrimination issues that all of us fully aware, but no one dare to talk about. Human being being units for good deeds, but in reality, we united for bad deeds which is todiscriminate a big percent of ourpopulation. Thisdiscrimination was to existed over decades and atpresentno solution is insight. We Muslims and blacks living in the west complain about misconceptions and the absences of equal rights, but in reality, we do do worse misconceptions against big portions ofmuslinbrothers. There are thousands of NGOS in the west fighting the minority rights, but unfortunately, there is no single one locally despite the discrimination committed against these is recognized the worst through the world. Kalsan had interviewed one of Traditional sultans and confirmed that, there is no even head of department originates from their clan. The question is how we attract the intentional community when we practiced a policy equal to apartheid at home. Internationally, there are seats reserved for minority rights like India. In India itself, years ago, the Indian president was originated from minority groups.Narayanan served as India's ambassador to Thailand, Turkey, China and United States of America. He received doctorates in Science and Law and was also a chancellor in several universities. He was also the vice-chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University. He was 10th Indian president .

Every individual in an Islamic society, regardless of his faith or religious affiliation, position or social status, has certain immutable rights, which include:The right to be consulted on issues that concern their economic and social affairsthe right to be considered innocent unless proven guilty the right to seek judgment against oppressors and to have an equal hearing before the judge. It is an unfortunate reality of our time, however, that the governments of many so-called "Muslim" countries do not apply these principles but rather suppress public opinion and violate human rights. However, such tyranny is in no way representative of Islamic teachings. In fact, the Prophet of Islam warned, "The most ruthless in punishing people in this world will be the most ruthlessly punished of people by God on the Day of Resurrection." [Narrated by Ahmad – saheeh] And the Qur’an clearly commands:"O you who have believed, stand up firmly for God and witness with justice, and do not let hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just; that is nearer to righteousness.[ 5:8].No one may be arrested, exiled, punished or his freedom restricted without adequate legal action. No one may be subjected to physical or psychological torment, medical experimentation, or any other humiliating treatment. And it is not permitted to empower executive authority to issue exceptional laws. These human rights are comprehensive and applicable to every person under Islamic jurisdiction, regardless of his race, religion, nationality or social status. They cannot be altered at any time or under any circumstance. Violation of these rights is a violation against the divine decree and necessitates punishment in the Hereafter in addition to that of this world, unless the offender repents and reforms. If such human rights had never been enforced at some time in human history, they would have remained no more than theoretical ideals in people's minds. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinctions shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

But Prophet Muhammad founded a civilization in which they were fully implemented, serving as an outstanding example for all future generations of mankind.Religious minorities have not "flourished” under Islam. In fact, they have dwindled to mere shadows after centuries of persecution and discrimination. Some were converted from their native religion by brute force, others under the agonizing strain of dhimmitude. What Muslims call "tolerance,” others correctly identify as institutionalized discrimination. The consignment of Jews and Christians to dhimmis under Islamic rule means that they are not allowed the same religious rights and freedoms as Muslims. They cannot share their faith, for example, or build houses of worship without permission.Historically, dhimmis have often had to wear distinguishing clothing or cut their hair in a particular manner that indicates their position of inferiority and humiliation. They do not share the same legal rights as Muslims, and must even pay a poll tax (thejizya). They are to be killed or have their children taken from them if they cannot satisfy the tax collector’s requirements. For hundreds of years, the Christian population in occupied Europe had their sons taken away and forcibly converted into Muslim warriors (known as Jannisaries) by the Ottoman Turks.

A Muslim believer is obligated to oppose injustice and oppression no matter who the victim happens to be. When seeing another human being in distress or critical need of assistance, it is his duty to help that person; otherwise, he is accountable for whatever increase in suffering was caused by his neglect. Even during war it is not permissible to harm women, children, the elderly, the sick or the wounded. The hungry person must be fed, the naked clothed, and the wounded or diseased treated medically, irrespective of who they are.Under Islam the lives and properties of all citizens are inviolable, whether they are Muslims or not. The right of security and protection to a person and his family is the most basic of all rights. It is unlawful in a Muslim society for any of its citizens to be harassed or threatened by words, acts or weapons of any type. For the protection of human life in particular, Islam has required severe punishments for criminals who murder, injure and harm others. One of the fundamental rights established by the sacred texts is that no one can be compelled to accept Islam. It is the duty of Muslims to establish the proofs of Islam to people so that truth can be distinguished from falsehood. After that, whoever wishes to accept Islam may do so, and whoever wishes to continue in unbelief may do so.Discriminating our minorities have has spoiled our image internationally Somaliland government should react urgently to rectify our image internationally and allocate these people their share of power before too lateDiscriminationis action that denies social participation or human rights to categories of people based onprejudice. This includes treatment of an individual or group based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or social category, "in a way that is worse than the way people are usually treated[It involves the group's initial reaction or interaction, influencing the individual's actualbehaviortowards the group or the group leader, restricting members of one groupfrom opportunities or privileges that are available to another group, leading to the exclusion of the individual or entities based on logical or irrational decision making.Ethnic discrimination is the unequal treatment of people based on the fact that they belong to a certain ethnic or national group. Ethnic discrimination can also involve placing a person in a different position on the basis of religion, skincoloror nationality. Besides unequal treatment, discrimination isalso the creation of an intimidating, hostile, humiliating or offensive environment, and the instruction or order to discriminate. However, the provisions that apply to the entry into and residence in the country or the different position of a foreigner for a reason deriving from their legal position under law do not constitute discrimination. In other words, the refusal of a residence permit, for example, is not discrimination. No one may be placed in an unfavourable position or treated in such a way that they suffer adverse consequences because of having complained or taken action to safeguard equality. For example, an employee may not be dismissed because he or she has lodged a discrimination complaint with thelaborprotection authorities.Discrimination based on power sharing is against all mandatory values of mankindbelieveand believers and this been committed by Muslim against his follow muslin. This is veryalarming situation. It is also unfortunate that our political parties never pay an attention for the discrimination committed our minorities.Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect. When you're the only sane person, you look like the only insane person.”"There are two circumstances that lead to arrogance: one is when you're wrong and you can't face it; the other is when you're right and nobody else can face it.”"Truth always rests with the minority, and the minority is always stronger than the majority, because the minority is generally formed by those who really have an opinion, while the strength of a majority is illusory, formed by the gangs who have no opinion and who, therefore, in the next instant (when it is evident that the minority is the stronger) assume its opinion… while truth again reverts to a new minority.”

The only tyrant I accept in this world is the 'still small voice' within me. And even though I have to face the prospect of being a minority of one, I humbly believe I have the courage to be in such a hopeless minority.”"It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”"When faith in our freedom gives way to fear of our freedom, silencing the minority view becomes the operative protocol.”"I want to pause here and talk about this notion of consensus, and the rise of what has been called consensus science. I regard consensus science as an extremely pernicious development that ought to be stopped cold in its tracks. Historically, the claim of consensus has been the first refuge of scoundrels; it is a way to avoid debate by claiming that the matter is already settled. Whenever you hear the consensus of scientists agrees on something or other, reach for your wallet, because you're being had."The existence of a majority logically implies a corresponding minority. Throughout history, only a small number of people have done the serious thinking for everybody. "Today, the theory of evolution is an accepted fact for everyone but a fundamentalist minority, whose objections are based not on reasoning but on doctrinaire adherence to religious principles.”"Minority conservatives hold a special place of gutter contempt in the minds of unhinged liberals, who can never accept the radical concept of a person of colour rejecting identity politics.”"A single man is minority, a leader is the majority.”"The truth does not need a number of supporters for authenticity. One person among the lot can be the only truthful out of the ten; 11 people out of 12 may be on the truthful side. However, the truth is the truth irrespective of how many people like to embrace it!”"For the minority, what else is democracy than dictatorship? The might of the majority is not always right because to sense alright everything that is of a great insight, everyone needs to have a farsighted vision in their eyesight. And the universal fact is that there are only a few visionaries and the rest of them are just ordinary. I am in the opinion every person who watched that TV programme must havenegatively effected in view of the seriousdiscriminationcommitted our followbrothers.
