President Farmajo fired Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheyre using the Speaker and First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Parliament

. Therefore, the government of Prime Minister Hassan Kheyre fell in accordance with articles 97 and 103 of the provisional constitution.

Instead of waiting for President Farmajo to appoint a new government to replace the deposed government, he appointed a Deputy Prime Minister as the caretaker Prime Minister of a government that lacks the confidence of the BF Parliament and the people of Somalia. The appointment was another illegal act by President Farmajo, which he still insists on despite the fact that it was loudly stated in Article 97 of the TFC.To make matters worse, the caretaker Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers have lost the trust of the people and have become a stamp for illegal decisions, with the Prime Minister’s power-sharing and constitutional role missing.

President Farmajo has made it clear to the public that the outgoing cabinet will remain inactive, unable to sign agreements and unable to pay.

However, President Farmajo has resorted to deception to distract the Somali people, the international community and especially the Hawiye community who have been given a seat in the Prime Minister’s office by inviting them to meetings over who should be appointed as the Prime Minister, the cabinet said. He has been dealing with sensitive issues that need to be addressed through the 4.5 power-sharing system and the TFC. President Farmajo approved the Cabinet from the Somali Petroleum Manager, the Judiciary Committee, and the Dhusamareb Conference Committee, all of which had to be verified by a Prime Minister with parliamentary confidence before the Cabinet was approved, and then approved by the President. Article 99 of the Transitional Federal Constitution.
President Farmajo has acted as a dictatorship in which a government is ruled by a president.
President Farmajo’s abuse of the Hawiye clan’s role and right to power-sharing has led to a backlash that could lead to the rejection of President Farmajo’s government.
Somali communities are outraged by President Farmajo’s betrayal, which threatens peace and stability in the country.

It is possible that other violations will occur and other positions will soon be appointed including Ambassadors and Directors.
People close to former Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheyre told him that President Farmajo, Fahad and Kheyre had been fighting for more than 14 months for reasons other than elections, including power struggles. The division of responsibilities was approved today by the caretaker Prime Minister Mr. Mahad Guled has no burden on the victims and the illegal Council of Ministers.
